Academic Preparatory Teachers work with students to improve their desired outcomes.They collaborate with parents and students to better understand the student’s needs and goals. They follow the curricula outlined by each student’s teacher. Our teachers do extensive gap analysis and work together with students to close such gaps. This practice builds confidence and strengthen the area of improvements.
Standard Test Prep teachers prepare students for standardized exams by teaching test concepts, strategies, and time-saving tips. They train students using real practice test problems created by the test-maker and monitor students’ progress to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. They customize learning plans for each student to strengthen areas that need improvement and build upon strengths. They work to make sure that each student is well prepared to achieve his or her target test scores in those corresponding standard tests such as GMAT, GRE, ACT, PSAT etc.
At GurukulMATH, our teachers are not only incredibly talented with demonstrated expertise in the subject matter, but also are able to communicate their knowledge effectively in an interactive setting. We offer our teachers flexible working hours with a minimum of 3 hours per week. Our teachers work with students in private sessions and/or small group courses.
Our $pay rate varies according to the specific academic subject or test. We offer bonuses based on results, feedback from clients, and impact on student success.
